Reserve your puppy with a $500 deposit paid securely online via Stripe. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.

Note: Deposits are refundable and transferable to another available puppy. Deposits become non-refundable only in the event of a no-show for your scheduled pickup appointment.

Answers to frequently asked questions about our process

Yes, deposits are refundable and transferable to another available puppy. The only exception is in the case of a no-show for your scheduled pickup appointment — in that event, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due on pickup day. For delivery services, the remaining balance must be paid in full prior to scheduling delivery.

Our 2-year genetic health guarantee covers hereditary and congenital health conditions that may affect your puppy. Complete details are provided in the purchase agreement. All our breeding dogs undergo comprehensive health testing to minimize these risks.

Delivery fees vary based on your location. Contact us with your address and we'll provide a specific quote. We work with professional pet transport services to ensure your puppy travels safely and comfortably.

Yes! If you're in the Orlando area, we encourage you to visit and meet your puppy before making a decision. Contact us to schedule a visit. For families outside the area, we provide plenty of photos and video calls.
